U procesu prilagodbe statistici Europske unije u 2012. Državni zavod za statistiku proveo je drugi put bazno istraživanje o strukturi voćnjaka. Prema Eurostatovoj metodologiji bazno istraživanje o strukturi voćnjaka provodi se za sljedeće vrste voćaka: jabuke, kruške, breskve, nektarine, marelice, naranče, limune i sitne agrume. Istraživanje se provodi svakih pet godina kako bi se ocijenio proizvodni potencijal intenzivnih voćnjaka na kojima se proizvodi voće pretežno za tržište. Stoga je ukupna istraživana površina manja od ukupne površine voćnjaka registrirane u redovitim godišnjim statistikama, s obzirom na to da su godišnjim statistikama obuhvaćene sve proizvodne površine. U ovom priopćenju objavljuju se prethodni podaci vezani za strukturu voćnjaka, i to površine po vrstama voća.

 

In the process of to the harmonisation with the EU statistics, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics conducted in 2012 a basic survey on the structure of orchards for the second time. According to the Eurostat’s methodology, the basic survey on the structure of orchards is conducted for the following species of fruit trees: apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, apricots, oranges, lemons and small citrus fruits. The survey is conducted every five years in order to assess the production potential of intensive orchards in which fruits are produced primarily for the market. Therefore, the total survey area is smaller than the overall area of orchards registered in the regular annual statistics, having in mind that the annual statistics include all production areas. This release presents previous data related to the structure of orchards, in particular areas by fruit species.

 

 

 

U strukturi voćnjaka najviše je nasada pod jabukama (58,4%), mandarinama (16,8%), breskvama i nektarinama (13,3%), kruškama     (8,1%), marelicama (2,8%), narančama (0,4%) te limunima (0,2%).

 

In the structure of orchards, the most plantations are under cultivation with apples (58.4%), mandarins (16.8%), peaches and nectarines (13.3%), pears (8.1%), apricots (2.8%), oranges (0.4%) and lemons (0.2%).

Baznim istraživanjem o strukturi voćnjaka prema Eurostatovoj metodologiji prikupljaju se podaci o površini intenzivnih voćnjaka za određene vrste voća.

 

Data on areas of intensive orchards under cultivation with certain species of fruits are collected, according to the Eurostat’s methodology, by the Basic Survey on Orchard Structure.

 

 

 

Podaci o površini intenzivnih voćnjaka prema vrstama voća preuzeti su od Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju u skladu s Pravilnikom o evidenciji uporabe poljoprivrednog zemljišta (NN, br. 149/11.).

 

Data on the area of intensive orchards by fruit species were taken over from the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development in accordance with the Ordinance on Registration of the Agricultural Land Use (NN, No. 149/11).

 

 

 

Istraživanjem su obuhvaćena gospodarstva koja se koriste intenzivnim nasadom voća od 0,1 ha i većim pod uvjetom da je proizvedeno voće  uglavnom namijenjeno tržištu.

 

The survey comprised agricultural holdings using 0.1 ha and more of intensive fruit plantations, provided that the fruit produced is entirely or mainly intended for the market.

 

 

 

Podaci o površinama voćnjaka odnose se na stanje 1. lipnja 2012.

 

Data on areas of orchards refer to the situation as on 1 June 2012.

Voćnjaci su zemljišta zasađena voćnim stablima. Mogu biti čisti ili miješani nasadi. Baznim istraživanjem o strukturi voćnjaka obuhvatit će se površine voćnjaka od 0,1 ha i veće, odnosno oni voćni nasadi čija je proizvodnja pretežno namijenjena prodaji.

 

Orchards are areas planted with fruit trees, which may be pure or mixed plantations. The basic Survey on the Structure of Orchards will cover the area of 0.1 ha of orchards and larger, that is, fruit plantations whose production is mainly intended for sale.

 

 

 

Vrsta voća jest skupina voćaka koje imaju zajednička obilježja i međusobno se razmnožavaju, razlikuju se po vremenu dozrijevanja, sastojcima, upotrebljivosti i trajnosti.

 

Species of fruit trees are groups of fruits with common characteristics and they can interbreed. They differ in to the time of ripening, ingredients, use and length of use.
