odnosu na siječanj 2012. više su za 3,9%.

|
U ovom
priopćenju indeksi proizvođačkih cijena na domaćem, nedomaćem i ukupnom
tržištu prezentirani su na međugodišnjoj lančanoj osnovi i na stalnoj bazni
2010. = 100 prvi put radi usklađivanja s Uredbom Vijeća EU-a o
kratkoročnim statistikama (Short-Term Statistics), br. 1165/98 i
njezinim izmjenama i dopunama. Spomenutim uredbama EU-a propisana je
primjena nove bazne godine 2010. koja je obvezatna za države članice pri
objavljivanju i diseminaciji indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije za
izvještajni mjesec siječanj 2013. Objavljivanje i diseminacija indeksa
proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu na baznoj godini
2005. = 100 prestaje zbog primjene nove bazne godine
2010. = 100 u svim publikacijama Državnog zavoda za statistiku.

In this
first release, industrial producer price indices on domestic, nondomestic
and total market are presented on intra-annual chain basis and for the
first time on fix base year 2010 = 100 due to harmonisation with Council
Regulation (EC) concerning Short-Term Statistics No. 1165/98 and its
amandmants. Above metioned EU Regulations implementation of new base year
2010 is compulsory for all member states for publishing and disseminating
industrial producer price indices for reference month January 2013.
Therfore, publishing and disseminating industrial producer price indices on
domestic market on base year 2005 = 100 due to implementation of new base
year 2005 = 100 will be stoped in all CBS publications.

Ukupni
indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije sadržava dva
podindeksa, tj. indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu i
indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na nedomaćem tržištu. Kombinacija
podindeksa za ta dva tržišta daje promjene u indeksu proizvođačkih cijena
industrije za dane proizvode/usluge, dok agregacija daje odjeljke proizvoda
iste djelatnosti.

two sub-indices, that is, the industrial producer price index on the
domestic market and the industrial producer price index on the non-domestic
market. The combination of sub-indices for these two markets provides
changes in given products/services, while their aggregation provides
divisions of products and activities.

kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu promjenu
proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda industrijskog sektora
(područja B, C, D i E (samo odjeljak 36) prema NKD-u 2007.) ukupno, na
domaćem iIi nedomaćem tržištu. Prema konceptu EU-a, važan je
poslovni pokazatelj kojim se promatraju cijene na različitim stupnjevima
proizvodnog procesa, sredstvo je za razlikovanje efektivnog rasta neke
djelatnosti pri promjeni cijena i osigurava informacije poslovnim
subjektima po tržištima koja ih zanimaju. Također može nagovijestiti
inflatorna kretanja prije nego što dođu do potrošača.

The
industrial producer price index is an important short-term indicator of the
business cycle that shows monthly price changes in the total industrial
sector (the NKD 2007. sections B, C, D and E – only division 36), on the
domestic and non-domestic market. According to the EU concept, it is an
important business indicator that permits monthly monitoring of prices at
different stages of the manufacturing process. It is also a mean of
distinguishing the effective growth of an activity due to price changes,
provides information to the business community on particular markets of
their interest. It may indicate inflationary changes before they reach
consumers as well.

were calculated on the basis of data collected through the revised Monthly
Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) for 2013.

Mjesečno
istraživanje o proizvođačkim cijenama industrije (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2013.
provodi neposredno Državni zavod za statistiku na temelju Zakona o
službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03., 75/09. i 59/12.). Metoda
prikupljanja podataka jest internetska aplikacija (metoda CAWI) u kojoj
izvještajne jedinice neposredno pristupaju i ispunjavaju svoje podatke na
temelju uputa za ispunjavanje.

The
Monthly Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) in 2013 is
carried out directly by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics on the basis of
the Official Statistics Act (NN, Nos 103/03,75/09 and 59/12). Collection
method is internet application. Method of data collection is internet
application (CAWI method) to which reporting units directly asses and
fulfilling their data on the basis of instructions.

Koncepti
i definicije koji se primjenjuju u istraživanju IND-3/KPS/M usklađeni su s
konceptima i definicijama iz Metodologije za kratkoročne poslovne
statistike EU-a (Tema 4, ISSN 1725-0099, Europska zajednica, 2006.) i
Uredbe Komisije (EZ-a) br. 1503/2006. o definicijama varijabla, popisu
varijabla i učestalosti prikupljanja podataka.

Concepts
and definitions used in the IND-3/KPS/M Survey are harmonised with the EU
Methodology of Short-Term Business Statistics (Theme 4, ISSN 1725-0099;
European Communities, 2006) as well as with the Commission Regulation (EC)
No. 1503/2006 on definitions of variables, list of variables and frequency
of data compilation.

jedinice istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M jesu izabrana poduzeća (pravne osobe i
obrtnici) koja proizvode izabrane industrijske proizvode definirane
Nomenklaturom industrijskih proizvoda – NIP 2012. – iz područja djelatnosti
NKD-a 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.) B Rudarstvo i vađenje, C Prerađivačka
industrija, D Opskrba električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacija
i E Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda, gospodarenje otpadom te
djelatnosti sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36).

The
reporting units included in the IND-3/KPS/MSurvey are selected enterprises
(legal entities and tradesmen) that produce selected products as defined in
the Nomenclature of Industrial Products – NIP 2012., classified in the NKD
2007. activity sections B Mining and quarrying, C Manufacturing, D
Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply and E Water supply;
sewerage, waste management and remediation activities (only division 36).

Za
prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu u
istraživanju IND-3/KPS/M za 2013. obuhvaćen je reprezentativan uzorak
industrijskih proizvoda na razini pokrivenih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a
2007., odnosno svi proizvodi koji su zabilježili prodaju veću od 20
milijuna kuna na domaćem tržištu, a 15 milijuna kuna na nedomaćem tržištu
prema rezultatima PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji
(IND-21/PRODCOM/G) za 2011., a odabir poduzeća izvršen je prema njihovu
udjelu u proizvodnji obuhvaćenih proizvoda, posebno za domaće i nedomaće
tržište.

In
order to collect data on industrial producer prices on the domestic and
non-domestic market, the IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2013 covers a
representative sample of industrial products at the level of covered
activity classes of the NKD 2007., that is, all products exceeding 20
million kuna on the domestic market and 15 million kuna on the non-domestic
market according to the results of the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial
Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) for 2011, while the selection of
enterprises has been done according to their share in the production of
selected products, separately for domestic and non-domestic market.

U
uzorak IND-3/KPS/M istraživanja za 2013. za proizvođačke cijene industrije
na domaćem tržištu obuhvaćeno je 1 539 cijena artikala unutar izabranih
proizvoda NIP-a 2012. u 997 poduzeća (pravnih osoba i obrtnika), a za
proizvođačke cijene industrije na nedomaćem tržištu obuhvaćeno je 868
cijena artikala unutar izabranih proizvoda NIP-a 2012. u 510 poduzeća
(pravnih osoba i obrtnika).

For
monitoring of the industrial producer prices on the domestic market, the
sample for the IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2013 covers 1 539 item
prices within the selected NIP 2012. products in 997 enterprises (legal
entities and tradesmen), while for monitoring of the industrial producer
prices of the non-domestic market it covers 868 item prices within the
selected NIP 2012. products in 510 enterprises (legal entities and
tradesmen).

dana u izvještajnome mjesecu. Iskazuju se cijene po kojima proizvođač
prodaje svoje proizvode redovitim kupcima na domaćem tržištu i/ili
nedomaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama i za poznatoga kupca.

industrial producer prices are recorded as transaction prices in effect on
the 15th day of a month indicated. Prices at which a producer
sells the products at the domestic and/or non-domestic market in the
largest quantities to known buyer are recorded.

Ispunjeni
obrazac IND-3/KPS/M dostavlja se neposrednim pristupom internetskim
stranicama Državnom zavodu za statistiku otprilike od 16. dana do kraja
tekućega izvještajnog mjeseca.

IND-3/KPS/M forms are delivered directly on the website of the Croatian
Bureau of Statistics in the period approximately from 16th to
the end of a current reporting month.

require a separate compilation according to the destination in order to
obtain producer price indices on domestic and non-domestic market.

treće osobe koja je naručila ili kupila proizvod određuje destinaciju.
Domaće tržište utvrđuje se onda kada je treća osoba/kupac rezident
Republike Hrvatske isto kao i izvještajna jedinica, a nedomaće tržište
utvrđeno je kad treća osoba/kupac nije rezident Republike Hrvatske.

residency of the third party that has ordered or purchased the product
determines the destination. The domestic market is defined when both a
third party/buyer and a reporting unit are residents of the Republic of
Croatia, while the non-domestic market is defined when a third party/buyer
is a resident outside the Republic of Croatia.

cijene industrije na domaćem tržištu jesu cijene po
kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode na domaćem tržištu u najvećim
količinama, franko utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača ili
cijena po kojoj proizvođač obračunava drugom poduzeću. U prodajnu cijenu
ulazi naknada koju ostvaruje prodavač, a odbijaju se rabat i popust koji
prodavač odobri kupcu te porez na dodanu vrijednost i trošarine.

producer prices on domestic market are either prices
at which a producer sells products at the domestic market in the largest
quantities, loaded free on rail (truck) at a factory gate at the location
of a producer or a price charged to another company by a producer. The
selling price is increased for the amount of the compensation obtained by
the seller and deducted for the amount of the discount and rebate as well
as the value added tax and excises.

cijene industrije na nedomaćem tržištu jesu cijene po
kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode na domaćem tržištu u najvećim
količinama na nacionalnoj granici, fob (franko brod). U prodajnu cijenu
ulazi regres koji ostvaruje prodavač, a odbijaju se rabat i popust koji
prodavač odobri kupcu te porez na dodanu vrijednost i trošarine. Izvještajne
jedinice daju cijene u nacionalnoj valuti (kuna i lipa). Cijene koje su u
stranoj valuti preračunavaju se u nacionalnu valutu na temelju srednjeg
tečaja Hrvatske narodne banke na 15. dan izvještajnog mjeseca.

producer prices on non-domestic market are prices at
which a producer sells products at the domestic market (outside Croatia) in
the largest quantities at the national frontier, FOB (free on board). The
selling price is increased for the amount of the compensation obtained by
the seller and deducted for the amount of the discount and rebate as well
as the value added tax and excises. The reporting units present prices in
the national currency – kuna and lipa. The prices expressed in the foreign
currency are converted into the national currency on the basis of the mean
exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the 15th day of
the reference month.

Ukupni
indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije sadrži dva podindeksa, tj. indeks
proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu i indeks proizvođačkih
cijena industrije na nedomaćem tržištu.

total industrial producer price index is composed of two subindices, i.e.
the industrial producer price index on the domestic market and the
industrial producer price index on the non-domestic market.

by dividing prices of a current period by prices of a base period (December
