U veljači 2013. u usporedbi sa siječnjem 2013. proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda za ukupno industriju više su za 0,4%, a u odnosu na veljaču 2013. više su za 2,4%.		In February 2013, as compared to January 2013, producer prices of industrial products for the total industry increased by 0.4%. As compared to February 2013, they increased by 2.4%.

Ako usporedimo proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda za ukupno industriju, isključujući Energiju, tada su u veljači 2013. u usporedbi sa siječnjem 2013. više za 0,2%, a u usporedbi s veljačom 2012. više su za 0,8%.		The comparison of the producer prices of industrial products for the total industry, excluding Energy, shows that in February 2013, as compared to January 2013, they increased by 0.2%. As compared to February 2012, they increased by 0.8%.

U veljači 2013. u usporedbi sa siječnjem 2013. proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu za ukupno industriju više su za 0,4%, a u odnosu na veljaču 2012. više su za 3,7%.		In February 2013, as compared to January 2013, the producer prices of industrial products on the domestic market for the total industry increased by 0.4%, while, as compared to February 2012, they increased by 3.7%.

Ako usporedimo proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu za ukupno industriju, isključujući Energiju, tada su u veljači 2013. u usporedbi sa siječnjem 2013. više za 0,3%, a u usporedbi s veljačom 2012. više su za 1,6%.		The comparison of the producer prices of industrial products on the domestic market for the total industry, excluding Energy, shows that in February 2013, as compared to January 2013, they increased by 0.3%. As compared to February 2012, they increased by 1.6%.

U veljači 2013. u usporedbi sa siječnjem 2013. proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na nedomaćem (stranom) tržištu za ukupno industriju više su za 0,4%, a u odnosu na veljaču 2013. više su za 0,1%.		In February 2013, as compared to January 2013, the producer prices of industrial products on the non-domestic market for the total industry increased by 0.4%, while, as compared to February 2012, they increased by 0.1%.

In February 2013, as compared to February 2012, the producer prices in Non-durable consumer goods were by 2.3% higher, while in Energy they were by 3.0%, in Intermediate goods by 1.7%, in Durable consumer goods by 1.7% and in Capital goods by 0.2% lower.

U veljači 2013. u usporedbi sa siječnjem 2013. proizvođačke cijene u u Prerađivačkoj industriji porasle za 0,6%, dok su u Rudarstvu i vađenju pale su za 1,3%, u Opskrbi električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizaciji za 0,3% i u Opskrbi vodom; uklanjanju otpadnih voda, gospodarenju otpadom te djelatnostima sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36) za 0,1%.		In February 2013, as compared to January 2013, the producer prices increased in Manufacturing by 0.6%, while in Mining and quarrying they decreased by 1.3%, in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning by 0.3% and in Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities (only division 36) by 0.1%.

In February 2013, as compared to January 2013, the producer prices increased in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 11.1% and in Manufacturing by 0.4%, while in Mining and quarrying they decreased by 4.5%,

U veljači 2013. u usporedbi s veljačom 2012. proizvođačke cijene u u Prerađivačkoj industriji porasle su za 0,1%, dok su Opskrbi električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizaciji pale za 26,8% i u Rudarstvu i vađenju za 0,7%.		In February 2013, as compared to February 2012, the producer prices increased in Manufacturing by 0.1%, while in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply they decreased by 26.8% and in Mining and quarrying by 0.7%.

U ovom priopćenju indeksi proizvođačkih cijena na domaćem, nedomaćem i ukupnom tržištu prezentirani su na međugodišnjoj lančanoj osnovi i na stalnoj bazni 2010. = 100 prvi put radi usklađivanja s Uredbom Vijeća EU-a o kratkoročnim statistikama (Short-Term Statistics), br. 1165/98 i njezinim izmjenama i dopunama. Spomenutim uredbama EU-a propisana je primjena nove bazne godine 2010. koja je obvezatna za države članice pri objavljivanju i diseminaciji indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije za izvještajni mjesec siječanj 2013. Objavljivanje i diseminacija indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu na baznoj godini 2005. = 100 prestaje zbog primjene nove bazne godine 2010. = 100 u svim publikacijama Državnog zavoda za statistiku.						In this first release, industrial producer price indices on domestic, nondomestic and total market are presented on intra-annual chain basis and for the first time on fix base year 2010 = 100 due to harmonisation with Council Regulation (EC) concerning Short-Term Statistics No. 1165/98 and its amandmants. Above metioned EU Regulations implementation of new base year 2010 is compulsory for all member states for publishing and disseminating industrial producer price indices for reference month January 2013. Therfore, publishing and disseminating industrial producer price indices on domestic market on base year 2005 = 100 due to implementation of new base year 2005 = 100 will be stoped in all CBS publications.

Koncepti, definicije i terminologija u ovom su priopćenju u potpunosti usklađeni s onom kojom se koristi i propisuje EU. Indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije prema terminologiji EU-a naziva se još i indeksom outputa industrije, a izraz proizvođačke cijene industrije smatra se njegovim sinonimom. Pod pojmom indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije, ako nije specificirano, podrazumijeva se ukupni indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije (domaće i nedomaće tržište).						According to the EU terminology, the term “industrial producer price index” is also known as the industrial output price index and the term “industrial producer prices” should be considered its synonym. If not specified, the term “industrial producer price index” denotes the “total industrial producer price index” (on the domestic and non-domestic market).

Koncept proizvođačkih cijena industrije i njihova namjena						*The concept of industrial producer prices and their purpose*

Ukupni indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije sadržava dva podindeksa, tj. indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu i indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na nedomaćem tržištu. Kombinacija podindeksa za ta dva tržišta daje promjene u indeksu proizvođačkih cijena industrije za dane proizvode/usluge, dok agregacija daje odjeljke proizvoda iste djelatnosti.						*The total industrial producer price index* is composed of two sub- -indices, that is, the industrial producer price index on the domestic market and the industrial producer price index on the non-domestic market. The combination of sub-indices for these two markets provides changes in given products/services, while their aggregation provides divisions of products and activities.

Indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije važan je kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu promjenu proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda industrijskog sektora (područja B, C, D i E (samo odjeljak 36) prema NKD-u 2007.) ukupno, na domaćem iIi nedomaćem tržištu. Prema konceptu EU-a, važan je poslovni pokazatelj kojim se promatraju cijene na različitim stupnjevima proizvodnog procesa, sredstvo je za razlikovanje efektivnog rasta neke djelatnosti pri promjeni cijena i osigurava informacije poslovnim subjektima po tržištima koja ih zanimaju. Također može nagovijestiti inflatorna kretanja prije nego što dođu do potrošača.						The industrial producer price index is an important short-term indicator of the business cycle that shows monthly price changes in the total industrial sector (the NKD 2007. sections B, C, D and E – only division 36), on the domestic and non-domestic market. According to the EU concept, it is an important business indicator that permits monthly monitoring of prices at different stages of the manufacturing process. It is also a mean of distinguishing the effective growth of an activity due to price changes, provides information to the business community on particular markets of their interest. It may indicate inflationary changes before they reach consumers as well.

U ovom priopćenju svi indeksi prikazani su u izvornom (neprilagođenom) obliku, a izračunani su na temelju podataka prikupljenih revidiranim Mjesečnim istraživanjem o proizvođačkim cijenama industrije (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2013.						In this first release, all indices are presented in gross (unadjusted) form. They were calculated on the basis of data collected through the revised Monthly Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) for 2013.

Pravna i metodološka osnova						*Legal and methodological framework*

Mjesečno istraživanje o proizvođačkim cijenama industrije (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2013. provodi neposredno Državni zavod za statistiku na temelju Zakona o službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03., 75/09. i 59/12.). Metoda prikupljanja podataka jest internetska aplikacija (metoda CAWI) u kojoj izvještajne jedinice neposredno pristupaju i ispunjavaju svoje podatke na temelju uputa za ispunjavanje.						The Monthly Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) in 2013 is carried out directly by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics on the basis of the Official Statistics Act (NN, Nos 103/03,75/09 and 59/12). The internet application (CAWI method) is used in data collection. Reporting units directly access this application and enter their data following the instructions.

Koncepti i definicije koji se primjenjuju u istraživanju IND-3/KPS/M usklađeni su s konceptima i definicijama iz Metodologije za kratkoročne poslovne statistike EU-a (Tema 4, ISSN 1725-0099, Europska zajednica, 2006.) i Uredbe Komisije (EZ-a) br. 1503/2006. o definicijama varijabla, popisu varijabla i učestalosti prikupljanja podataka.						Concepts and definitions used in the IND-3/KPS/M Survey are harmonised with the EU Methodology of Short-Term Business Statistics (Theme 4, ISSN 1725-0099; European Communities, 2006) as well as with the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1503/2006 on definitions of variables, list of variables and frequency of data compilation.

Izvještajne jedinice istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M jesu izabrana poduzeća (pravne osobe i obrtnici) koja proizvode izabrane industrijske proizvode definirane Nomenklaturom industrijskih proizvoda – NIP 2012. – iz područja djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.) B Rudarstvo i vađenje, C Prerađivačka industrija, D Opskrba električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacija i E Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda, gospodarenje otpadom te djelatnosti sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36).						The reporting units included in the IND-3/KPS/MSurvey are selected enterprises (legal entities and tradesmen) that produce selected products as defined in the Nomenclature of Industrial Products – NIP 2012., classified in the NKD 2007. activity sections B Mining and quarrying, C Manufacturing, D Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply and E Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities (only division 36).

Za prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu u istraživanju IND-3/KPS/M za 2013. obuhvaćen je reprezentativan uzorak industrijskih proizvoda na razini pokrivenih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007., odnosno svi proizvodi koji su zabilježili prodaju veću od 20 milijuna kuna na domaćem tržištu, a 15 milijuna kuna na nedomaćem tržištu prema rezultatima PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji (IND-21/PRODCOM/G) za 2011., a odabir poduzeća izvršen je prema njihovu udjelu u proizvodnji obuhvaćenih proizvoda, posebno za domaće i nedomaće tržište.						In order to collect data on industrial producer prices on the domestic and non-domestic market, the IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2013 covers a representative sample of industrial products at the level of covered activity classes of the NKD 2007., that is, all products exceeding 20 million kuna on the domestic market and 15 million kuna on the non-domestic market according to the results of the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) for 2011, while the selection of enterprises has been done according to their share in the production of selected products, separately for domestic and non-domestic market.
