U ožujku 2013. u usporedbi s veljačom 2013. proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda za ukupno industriju niže su za 0,1%, a u odnosu na ožujak 2013. više su za 1,6%.	In March 2013, as compared to February 2013, producer prices of industrial products for the total industry decreased by 0.1%. As compared to March 2013, they increased by 1.6%.
Ako usporedimo proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda za ukupno industriju, isključujući Energiju, tada su u ožujku 2013. u usporedbi s veljačom 2013. niže za 0,1%, a u usporedbi s ožujkom 2012. više su za 0,5%.	The comparison of the producer prices of industrial products for the total industry, excluding Energy, shows that in March 2013, as compared to February 2013, they decreased by 0.1%. As compared to March 2012, they increased by 0.5%.
Proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu	Industrial producer prices on the domestic market
U ožujku 2013. u usporedbi s veljačom 2013. proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu za ukupno industriju zadržale su stabilnost, a u odnosu na ožujak 2012. više su za 3,2%.	In March 2013, as compared to February 2013, the producer prices of industrial products on the domestic market for the total industry remained stable, while, as compared to March 2012, they increased by 3.2%.
Ako usporedimo proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem  tržištu za ukupno industriju, isključujući Energiju, tada su u ožujku 2013. u usporedbi s veljačom 2013. niže za 0,2%, a u usporedbi s ožujkom 2012. više su za 1,2%.	The comparison of the producer prices of industrial products on the domestic market for the total industry, excluding Energy, shows that in March 2013, as compared to February 2013, they decreased by 0.2%. As compared to March 2012, they increased by 1.2%.

U ožujku 2013. u usporedbi s veljačom 2013. proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na nedomaćem (stranom) tržištu za ukupno industriju niže su za 0,3%, a u odnosu na ožujak 2013. niže su za 1,1%.	In March 2013, the producer prices of industrial products on the non-domestic market for the total industry decreased by 0.3% compared to February 2013 and by 1.1% compared to March 2012.
Ako usporedimo proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na nedomaćem  tržištu za ukupno industriju, isključujući Energiju, tada su u ožujku 2013. u usporedbi s veljačom 2013. niže za 0,1%, a u usporedbi s ožujkom 2012. niže su za 0,5%.	The comparison of the producer prices of industrial products on the non-domestic market for the total industry, excluding Energy, shows that in March 2013, as compared to February 2013, they decreased  by 0.1%. In March 2013, as compared to February 2013, the producer prices of industrial products decreased in Capital goods by 0.6%, in Durable consumer goods by 0.5% and in Non-durable consumer goods by 0.1%  while in Energy and in Intermediate goods they remained stable.

U ožujku 2013. u usporedbi s ožujkom 2012. proizvođačke cijene u Opskrbi električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizaciji pale su za 16,8%, u Rudarstvu i vađenju za 1,7% i u Prerađivačkoj industriji za 1,0%. Uvodne napomene	Introduction
U ovom priopćenju indeksi proizvođačkih cijena na domaćem, nedomaćem i ukupnom tržištu prezentirani su na međugodišnjoj lančanoj osnovi i na stalnoj bazni 2010. = 100 prvi put radi usklađivanja s Uredbom Vijeća EU-a o kratkoročnim statistikama (Short-Term Statistics), br. 1165/98 i njezinim izmjenama i dopunama. Spomenutim uredbama EU-a propisana je primjena nove bazne godine 2010. koja je obvezatna za države članice pri objavljivanju i diseminaciji indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije za izvještajni mjesec siječanj 2013. Objavljivanje i diseminacija indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu na baznoj godini 2005. = 100 prestaje zbog primjene nove bazne godine 2010. = 100 u svim publikacijama Državnog zavoda za statistiku.	In this first release, industrial producer price indices on the domestic, non-domestic and total market are presented on the inter-annual chain basis and, for the first time, on the fix base year 2010 = 100 due to harmonisation with the Council Regulation (EC) concerning Short-Term Statistics No. 1165/98 and its amandmants. These EU regulations prescribes the implementation of the new base year 2010, which is compulsory for all Member States in publishing and dissemination  of industrial producer price indices for the reference month January 2013. Therefore, the publishing and dissemination of industrial producer price indices on the domestic market on the base year 2005 = 100 is abandoned in all publications of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics due to the implementation of the new base year 2010 = 100.
Koncepti, definicije i terminologija u ovom su priopćenju u potpunosti usklađeni s onom kojom se koristi i propisuje EU. Tako je izraz indeks cijena industrijskih proizvoda pri proizvođačima promijenjen u indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije (vidi napomene na kraju priopćenja).	Concepts, definitions and terminology are completely harmonised in this first release with those used and regulated by the EU. Therefore, the term "industrial producers’ price index” has been changed to the “industrial producer price index” (see Special note to users at the end of the first release).
Indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije prema terminologiji EU-a naziva se još i indeksom outputa industrije, a izraz proizvođačke cijene industrije smatra se njegovim sinonimom. Pod pojmom indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije, ako nije specificirano, podrazumijeva se ukupni indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije (domaće i nedomaće tržište).	According to the EU terminology, the term “industrial producer price index” is also known as the industrial output index and the term “industrial producer prices” should be considered its synonym. If not specified, the term “industrial producer price index” denotes the “total industrial producer price index” (on the domestic and non-domestic market).
Koncept proizvođačkih cijena industrije i njihova namjena	The concept of industrial producer prices and their purpose
Ukupni indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije sadržava dva podindeksa, tj. indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu i indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na nedomaćem tržištu. Kombinacija podindeksa za ta dva tržišta daje promjene u indeksu proizvođačkih cijena industrije za dane proizvode/usluge, dok agregacija daje odjeljke proizvoda iste djelatnosti.	The total industrial producer price index is composed of two sub-indices, that is, the industrial producer price index on the domestic market and the industrial producer price index on the non-domestic market. The combination of sub-indices for these two markets provides changes in given products/services, while their aggregation provides divisions of products and activities.
Indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije mjeri promjene proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda koji se proizvode u Republici Hrvatskoj i koje su prodali proizvođači na domaćem (hrvatskom) i/ili nedomaćem (nehrvatskom) tržištu.	Industrial producer price index measures changes of producer prices of manufactured goods produced in the Republic of Croatia and sold by producers on the domestic (Croatian) and/or non-domestic (non-Croatian) market.
Indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu mjeri promjene u razini proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda koji su proizvedeni i prodani na domaćem (hrvatskom) tržištu. Indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na nedomaćem tržištu mjeri promjene u razini proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda koje su prodali proizvođači na nedomaćem (nehrvatskom) tržištu.	Industrial producer price index of the non-domestic market measure changes in the level of producer prices of manufactured goods that are sold by producers on foreign (non-Croatian) markets.
Indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije važan je kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu promjenu proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih proizvoda industrijskog sektora (područja B, C, D i E (samo odjeljak 36) prema NKD-u 2007.) ukupno, na domaćem iIi nedomaćem tržištu. Prema konceptu EU-a, važan je poslovni pokazatelj kojim se promatraju cijene na različitim stupnjevima proizvodnog procesa, sredstvo je za razlikovanje efektivnog rasta neke djelatnosti pri promjeni cijena i osigurava informacije poslovnim subjektima po tržištima koja ih zanimaju. Također može nagovijestiti inflatorna kretanja prije nego što dođu do potrošača.	The industrial producer price index is an important short-term indicator of the business cycle that shows monthly price changes in the total industrial sector (the NKD 2007. sections B, C, D and E – only division 36), on the domestic and non-domestic market. According to the EU concept, it is an important business indicator that permits monthly monitoring of prices at different stages of the manufacturing process. It is also a mean of distinguishing the effective growth of an activity due to price changes, provides information to the business community on particular markets of their interest. It may indicate inflationary changes before they reach consumers as well.

U ovom priopćenju svi indeksi prikazani su u izvornom (neprilagođenom) obliku, a izračunani su na temelju podataka prikupljenih revidiranim Mjesečnim istraživanjem o proizvođačkim cijenama industrije (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2013.	In this first release, all indices are presented in gross (unadjusted) form. They were calculated on the basis of data collected through the revised Monthly Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) for 2013.
Pravna i metodološka osnova	Legal and methodological framework
Mjesečno istraživanje o proizvođačkim cijenama industrije (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2013. provodi neposredno Državni zavod za statistiku na temelju Zakona o službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03., 75/09. i 59/12.). Metoda prikupljanja podataka jest internetska aplikacija (metoda CAWI) u kojoj izvještajne jedinice neposredno pristupaju i ispunjavaju svoje podatke na temelju uputa za ispunjavanje.	The Monthly Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) in 2013 is carried out directly by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics on the basis of the Official Statistics Act (NN, Nos 103/03,75/09 and 59/12). The internet application (CAWI method) is used in data collection. Reporting units directly access this application and enter their data following the instructions.
Koncepti i definicije koji se primjenjuju u istraživanju IND-3/KPS/M usklađeni su s konceptima i definicijama iz Metodologije za kratkoročne poslovne statistike EU-a (Tema 4, ISSN 1725-0099, Europska zajednica, 2006.) i Uredbe Komisije (EZ-a) br. 1503/2006. o definicijama varijabla, popisu varijabla i učestalosti prikupljanja podataka.	Concepts and definitions used in the IND-3/KPS/M Survey are harmonised with the EU Methodology of Short-Term Business Statistics (Theme 4, ISSN 1725-0099; European Communities, 2006) as well as with the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1503/2006 on definitions of variables, list of variables and frequency of data compilation.
