Od
siječnja 2013. u ovom priopćenju objavljuju se revidirani podaci o
indeksima obujma građevinskih radova. Revizija obuhvaća uključivanje
podataka za obrte u izračun indeksa te preračun indeksa na novu baznu
godinu (2010. = 100).

Since
January 2013, revised data on volume indices of construction works have
been published in this release. The revision comprises the inclusion of
data on crafts in the calculation of indices and the recalculation of
indices to the new base year (2010 = 100).

Mjesečni
izvještaj građevinarstva prikuplja se za poslovne subjekte (pravne osobe i
obrti) ili njihove dijelove s 20 i više zaposlenih koji su prema
Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti 2007. (NN, br. 58/07.) u Registru
poslovnih subjekata, odnosno Obrtnom registru razvrstani u područje F
Građevinarstvo. Prosječno se godišnje obuhvaća oko 950 izvještajnih
jedinica.

The Monthly Report
on construction is collected from business entities (legal entities and
crafts) and parts thereof employing 20 or more persons classified in the
Register of Business Entities and the Crafts Register respectively to
section F Construction according to the NKD 2007. (NN, No. 58/07). About
950 reporting units are included in the average annual dynamics.

Do
2010. prikupljali su se podaci samo za pravne osobe s 20 i više zaposlenih.
Od siječnja 2010. prema istoj se metodologiji prikupljaju i podaci za
obrte. Nakon što je napravljena serija podataka na temelju tri godine
statističkog promatranja, izvršena je procjena podataka za razdoblje od
2000. do 2009. Podaci za obrte s podacima za pravne osobe uključeni su prvi
put u iskazivanje rezultata mjesečnog istraživanja građevinarstva u
siječnju 2013.

Until
2010, data were collected only for legal entities employing 20 and more
persons. Since January 2010, data have also been collected, according to
the same methodology, for crafts. After the data series based on three
years of statistical observation had been completed, the data estimate for
the period from 2000 to 2009 was done. Data on crafts, together with data
on legal entities, were for the first time included in the presentation of
the monthly survey on construction in January 2013.

Zbog
navedenoga šireg obuhvata podaci koji se objavljuju od siječnja 2013. u
ovom priopćenju nisu usporedivi s dosad objavljenim podacima u prethodnim
priopćenjima i u ostalim publikacijama.

Due to
the mentioned expanded coverage, data released here since January 2013 are
not comparable with data released to date in previous first releases and
other publications.

Revidirane
višegodišnje vremenske serije mjesečnih indeksa obujma građevinskih radova
za poslovne subjekte (pravne osobe i obrti) na novu baznu godinu od
siječnja 2000. objavljene
su 21. ožujka 2013. u Priopćenju br. 3.1.1/1. (tablica 5.).

Multiyear
time series of monthly volume indices of construction works for business
entities (legal entities and crafts) revised to the new base year since
January 2000 were published on 21 March 2013 in the First Release No.
3.1.1/1. (table 5.).

Podaci
se odnose na građevinske radove (na novim građevinama, rekonstrukcijama,
popravcima i održavanju postojećih građevina) izvršene na području
Republike Hrvatske. Razvrstavanje građevina i radova izvršeno je prema
Klasifikaciji vrsta građevina, koja je usklađena s klasifikacijom koju
propisuje Eurostat (Classifications of Types of Constructions – CC, final version).

Data
refer to all construction works (new constructions and reconstructions,
maintenance and repair works on existing constructions) done on the
territory of the Republic of Croatia. Constructions and works are
classified according to the Classifications of Types of Constructions – KVG
which is harmonised with appropriate classification prescribed by Eurostat
(Classifications of Types of Constructions − CC, final version).

Indeksi
obujma građevinskih radova u ovom priopćenju prikazuju se kao izvorni
(neprilagođeni) indeksi, desezonirani indeksi (iz kojih je isključen
utjecaj kalendarskih dana i sezonske komponente), kalendarski prilagođeni
indeksi (iz kojih je isključen utjecaj kalendarskih dana, npr. broj radnih
dana, nacionalni blagdani, učinak Uskrsa itd.) te trend-indeksi
(desezonirani indeksi iz kojih je isključen utjecaj slučajne komponente).

The volume indices of construction works
are presented in this release as gross (non-adjusted) indices, seasonally
adjusted indices (in which the effect of certain calendar days and the
seasonal effect have been excluded), the working-day adjusted indices (in
which the effect of certain calendar days has been excluded, e.g., the
number of working days, national holidays, Easter etc.) and the trend
indices (seasonally adjusted indices from which the random component effect
has been excluded).

Desezoniranje
i kalendarska prilagodba provedeni su s pomoću programskog sučelja
„Demetra“ – Eurostat, verzija 2.2. iz 2008., upotrebom metode TRAMO-SEATS
na mjesečnoj seriji indeksa (Ø 2010. = 100), koja počinje
indeksom za siječanj 2000. Izračunane serije indeksa obujma građevinskih
radova usporedive su s onima koje objavljuje Eurostat.

The seasonal and working-day adjustment
were done by applying the "Demetra" programme interface –
Eurostat, version 2.2 of 2008, by using the TRAMO/SEATS Method on the
monthly index series
(Ø 2010 = 100), which begins with the index for January 2000.
Calculated series of volume indices of construction works are comparable to
those published by Eurostat.

Produžavanje
serije indeksa dodavanjem novih mjesečnih podataka može zbog obilježja
primijenjene metode desezoniranja prouzročiti naknadne promjene
desezoniranih indeksa te trend-indeksa za prethodna razdoblja.

The
prolongation of the index series by adding new monthly data may cause
subsequent changes in seasonally adjusted series and trend indices for
several previous months, due to characteristics of the applied method of
seasonal adjustment.
