Proizvodnja
mandarinki u 2020., u usporedbi s 2019., ostvarila je najmanju proizvodnju,
i to za gotovo 14 100 tona.

production of mandarins was the lowest in 2020, by being almost 14 100
tonnes lower than in 2019.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Smanjena
je i proizvodnja ostalog povrća: lubenica, za 5 528 tona, luka i češnjaka,
za 3 157 tona, mrkve, za 2 256 tona, dinja, za 2 130 tona, te ostalog voća:
jabuka, za 2 241 tonu i marelica za 118 tona.

production of other vegetables also decreased: watermelons by 5 528
tonnes, onions and garlic by 3 157 tonnes, carrots by 2 256
tonnes, melons by 2 130 tonnes, as well as the production of other
fruits: apples by 2 241 tonnes and apricots by 118 tonnes.

to 2019.

|
Povećana
je i proizvodnja ostalog povrća: krastavaca i kornišona, za 4 116
tona, paprike, za 3 104 tone, kupusa, bijeloga i crvenoga, za 2 078
tona, salate, za 2 071 tonu, graha za svježe zrno, za 1 729 tona,
te ostalog voća: šljiva, za 3 179 tona, krušaka, za 2 767 tona,
višanja, za 1 100 tona, i lješnjaka, za 1 187 tona.

The
production of other vegetables also increased: cucumbers and gherkins by
4 116 tonnes, red peppers by 3 104 tonnes, cabbage, white and
red, by 2 078 tonnes, lettuce by 2 071 tonnes, green beans by
1 729 tonnes, as well as the production of other fruits: plums by
3 179 tonnes, pears by 2 767 tonnes, sour cherries by

|
Državni zavod za statistiku proveo je istraživanja o
proizvodnji povrća, voća i grožđa na temelju Zakona o službenoj statistici (NN,
br. 25/20.), Uredbe (EU) Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o statistici usjeva
br. 543/2009 od 18. lipnja 2009. te delegirane Uredbe Komisije (EU) br.
1557/2015 od 13. srpnja 2015. o izmjeni Uredbe (EZ) br. 543/2009 o
statistici usjeva od 18. lipnja 2009. Podaci su prikupljeni Popisom
poljoprivrede 2020. (PO-POPIS), Izvještajem o ostvarenim
prirodima kasnih usjeva, voća i grožđa (PO-33) te Izvještajem o prirodima
južnog voća i maslina (PO-34).

The
Croatian Bureau of Statistics conducted surveys on the production of
vegetables, fruits and grapes on the basis of the Official Statistics Act
(NN, No. 25/20) and on the basis of Regulation (EU) No. 543/2009 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009 concerning crop
statistics and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 1557/2015 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2015 amending Regulation
(EU) No. 543/2009 concerning crop statistics (18 June 2009). The data were
collected by the Agricultural Census 2020 (PO-POPIS), the Report on Actual
Yield of Late Crops, Fruits and Grapes (PO-33 form) and the Report on Yield
of Citrus Fruits and Olives (PO-34 form).

se prikupljaju podaci o požnjevenim površinama povrća, voća i grožđa koji
se iskazuju u hektarima, dok su proizvodnja i prirod po jednom hektaru
iskazani u tonama.

These
reports collect data on harvested areas of vegetables, fruits and grapes
expressed in hectares, while the production and yield per hectare are
expressed in tonnes.

Podaci
su prikupljeni posebno za poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove, a posebno
za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva. Podaci za poslovne subjekte
prikupljaju na dva načina: izvještajnom metodom na obrascu i putem mrežne
aplikacije.
|

These
data are collected separately for business entities and parts thereof and
for private family farms. Data on business entities are collected in two
ways: by using the reporting method on an appropriate form or via a
web-based application.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Podaci
za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su s pomoću
telefonske ankete i osobnog intervjua s pomoću prijenosnog računala na
odabranome stratificiranom uzorku. Uzorak za poljoprivredna gospodarstva
izabran je iz Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

Data
for private family farms were collected by using the telephone interview
method and in personal interview method by using laptop applied to a
selected stratified sample. The sample for private family farms was
selected from the Statistical Register of Agricultural Holdings.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Na
veličinu uzorka utjecala su odobrena sredstva u Državnom proračunu
Republike Hrvatske za 2020. i udio poljoprivrednih gospodarstava po
regijama.
|
|
The
sample size was conditioned by the financial means allocated from the State
Budget of the Republic of Croatia for 2020 and the share of agricultural
farms by regions.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ovisno
o istraživanju u uzorke je odabrano od 5 000 do 7 000 obiteljskih
poljoprivrednih gospodarstava. Uzorci su stratificirani slučajni uzorci s
obzirom na regiju u kojoj se obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo nalazi
i s obzirom na veličinu površine pod usjevima.

The
samples consisted of about 5 000 to 7 000 private family farms. It is a
stratified random sample regarding region in which the private family farm
is located and regarding areas under crops.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Svi
ekspandirani podaci uspoređeni su s podacima iz prethodnih godina te
raspoloživim administrativnim izvorima (Upisnik poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava u Agenciji za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom
razvoju te drugi). Na temelju svih raspoloživih podataka prema potrebi
provedene su korekcije.

All
expanded data were compared to data from previous years and available
administrative sources (the Farm Register of the Paying Agency for
Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development etc.). On the basis of all
available data, corrections were done if necessary.

proizvodnju, a razvrstani su drugdje.

entities and parts thereof engaged in agricultural production but
classified in other activities.

Povrtnjaci su površine
određene za uzgoj usjeva (pretežno povrća) namijenjenih za potrošnju
osobama koje žive u kućanstvu i uglavnom nisu namijenjeni za prodaju. Samo
povremeni višak proizvoda koji dolazi s tih površina prodaje se izvan
kućanstva.

Kitchen
gardens are areas scheduled for growing of crops
(mostly vegetables) that are intended for consumption by persons living in
a household and that are mainly not intended for sale. Only occasional
surplus of products grown on these areas is sold outside the household.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Intenzivni
voćnjaci
uređeni su s određenim razmakom redova stabala. U njima se može obavljati
mehanizirana obrada. U pravilu su to veći nasadi voćnih stabala (10 ara i
više) i bobičastog voća (bez jagoda) namijenjeni uzgoju voća za prodaju.

Intensive
orchards are cultivated with a specific distance
between the trees in which mechanised cultivation can be performed. As a
rule, they are larger plantations of fruit trees (of 10 or more ares) or
berries (excluding strawberries) intended for fruit growing for sale.

|
Ekstenzivni
(tradicionalni) voćnjaci jesu seoski poluintenzivni ili
ekstenzivni voćni nasadi pretežno starih sorti namijenjeni uglavnom za
vlastitu potrošnju. Uključena su stabla koja se nalaze u voćnjaku koji je
pretežno miješan i stabla koja se nalaze u dvorištima, na međama, uz putove
i dr.

Extensive
(traditional) orchards are country semi-intensive or
extensive plantations of fruit trees of predominantly old sorts intended
mostly for own consumption. Included are trees in (mixed) orchards as well
as trees in yards, on boundary lines, by roads, etc.

|
|
|
Proizvodnja je tzv.
uskladištena proizvodnja koja se dobije nakon žetve/berbe po odbitku
količina izgubljenih prije žetve/berbe, tijekom prijevoza itd.

The
total production is a so-called stored production obtained after the
harvest by deduction of all the losses before the harvest and during the
transport and combine harvesting etc.
